And all we wanted was an oil change

So Preston and I venture out to get the Durango's oil changed. Earlier that day, we went to Sam's Club and got brand spank'n new tires for it. So I thought I'd really spoil the car and get it's fluids all cleaned up.
Well we get to this place called Blaines Farm and Fleet. It sells everything from farm equipment, hunting supplies to tires and baby clothes. Being just 1 minute (literally) down the road, it was a convenient place to go. (the key, ironic word being convenient)
I arrive and this older man behind the counter just stares at Preston and I in this weird creepy kind of smile. He tried making these weird hand gestures to Preston - as if the little guy was some sort of retard or something. Preston just glanced at him and looked at me for help. I felt his little hand grip a tad tighter on the back of my shirt. Ummm yeah - just here for an oil change buddy.
"So where is the dad?" he asked with the same creepy smile.
"At work." I hesitantly said
"what does he do?" He pushed on.
"He works in a band. Now how about that oil change?"
"When does your child eat?"
"Ummm it just depends on the day." (at this point he pasted the invasive line. I was getting down right uncomfortable.)
This clown then continued to make hand gestures and facial expressions to us that were just not right. I excused myself and walked through the store.
An hour later, I went to check on our car and it was still in the parking lot, untouched. grrrrrr....Preston was growing impatient and I was tired. They said I'd have to wait another hour at least. Why in hell did they lie to me in the beginning, saying it wouldn't take too long? I had to encounter creepy clown man and waste an hour of our lives waiting on nothing. They should of said that it would take at least 2 hours- that way I could of gone elsewhere. grrrrrrr... I hate that place.
